Try this workout for bigger biceps



If you are looking to take your biceps to the next level then you have come to the right place.


When I started my fitness journey it took me a while to find the right workouts to incorporate into my training programs for arm growth. I peaked early and did not see any progress for a long time. I learned the hard way that the lack of growth was due to me doing the same thing over and over again. I had to find ways to mix it up. I eventually started throwing in muscle shocker days so my body can never adjust.


Here is an example of a biceps workout you can throw into your plan to shock your biceps a couple times a month. Check out my instagram video to see the workout in action.

*Weight for this workout is moderately heavy. (Challenge yourself)

*Reps for this workout is 8-12


🔵 Medicine Balls Curls + Tosses (3 sets)


🔵 Band BB Curls (3 sets)


🔵 Single arm band Curls (3 sets)


🔵 Inwards hammer Curls (4 sets)


🔵 Hammer Curls (4 sets)


🔵 21's otherwise known as Arnolds (3 sets)


🔵 Band Curls (4 sets)


🔵 BB curl burnout (1 set)
