Gym Motivation: Keep pushing & never quit
I hope everyone is having a fantastic week. The motivation for today is to "keep pushing and never give up."
There are going to be so many times where quitting seems like the right choice. Do not give in. That is when you need to push harder. That just means you are close and a breakthrough is coming. This is where you are going to grow physically and mentally.

I have an amazing example of why you should never give up. It is about the failures of Abraham Lincoln. He failed so many times but that didn't matter because he never quit. In the end, he went on to change to the world. Remember that the next time you fail.
